Cleansing without water: Apply cleanser using hands or a facial cotton pad (recommended). Gently smooth all over face to remove excess oil, impurities, and makeup. If using hands to apply, wipe away with a cotton pad or towel. Repeat if necessary until skin looks cleansed. Cleanse without rinsing for 48 hours of hydration.
