No. Creating an account online allows you to place orders on watsons.com.sg and check on your order details. Watsons Membership is a lifetime membership that allows you to earn and redeem Points for both online and physical stores purchases, and grant access to Members-only promotion and events. To sign up as a Member, please login to your online account. Next, mouse over ‘Hello, Login? Your Account’ on the top right corner and click on ‘Apply for Card’. You are required to fill up your personal details and payment details. A $5 will be chargeable for the Membership and the Member Card will be mailed to you within 10 working days. Alternatively, you may also add products into your wish list so that you can conveniently access to these products during your future visits!

 Yes, definitely! Watsons.com.sg is secured with Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which encrypts all your personal information so that these information remains only with us. Other than that, to enhance security, we do not store your credit card information. Upon check out, you will be re-directed to our payment gateway provider secured site and also 3D secure site for one-time pin input, in order to complete the transaction successfully.

 If you receive an error message related to credit/debit card failure, please double check that the 16 digit credit card number, expiry date and CVN code are inputted correctly. If you still receive an error message after validation and a second attempt, try making payment with an alternative card or internet banking. For further assistance on your card error, please contact the issued bank of your credit/debit card.

 E-coupons are promotional codes/vouchers that allows you to offset a certain value of an item/order purchased with or without a certain purchase criteria met. These e-coupons can come in forms of percentage or dollar value discounts. E-vouchers are cash/gift vouchers issued by us (usually for refund cases) that you may use as a payment mode, to offset your purchase.

 To check on your e-coupons or e-vouchers details, including expiry dates, you may access these information via 'e-coupon and e-voucher' in 'My Account', after logged in.

 Every e-coupon that you are entitled to, will be automatically stored into your account and ready for your redemption immediately, before expiry or promotion ends. As these are promotional coupons, they are non-transferrable.
To use the e-coupons, simply:
Add your items and proceed to checkout.
Login to your account if you have not done so. After which, the list of your available e-coupons will be reflected at the checkout page.
Select the e-coupon that you'd like to redeem. Only 1 e-coupon can be use at one time and please note that any excess value of the e-coupon redeemed will not be refundable.

 In our efforts to go green, we have replaced paper invoice with electronic invoice. The electronic invoice has been sent to your registered email account when you receive your order. Please check the electronic invoice for details of your purchases.

 Watsons Online run certain promotions that include the issuance of eCoupon or eVoucher. As these are electronic coupons or vouchers, they would not be delivered together with your order. Yes. For home delivery, our courier service will send a SMS to notify you on the delivery.

For click & collect service (self collection) at our stores, you will receive both email and SMS notifications once the order arrived at the store, ready for your collection. Reminder SMS will also be sent if you have not collected your order after 3 days.

For orders made under 'click and collect' (self collection mode), you have to collect your order within 7 days from the day the order arrived at the store and Email/SMS notification sent to you. After 7 days, the order will be treated as 'no-show' order and be sent back to our warehouse. No refund will be made to the customers for such no-show collection cases.

To collect your order from your selected store,

Print a copy of your order collection email.

At the collection store, present the printed copy of your order collection email, together with your personal Identification document (NRIC/PR/S Pass etc) to our store staff, for collection.

Store staff will verify your identification and assist you with the collection accordingly.

If your schedule gets too busy and would like to authorise someone else to collect on your behalf, this can be done! To authorise a person, you are required to fill up the authorised person's details in the order collection email and he/she is expected to present the order collection email with authorisation permission and his/her personal ID for verification, in order to make the collection at the store.

We will always check the condition of the items before packing and deliver them to you. However, if you did not received your order in the expected conditions – defective/incorrect/missing item, please contact us via 'Contact Us' form on our website, or alternatively, email us at contactus@watsons.com.sg within 7 days upon receiving your order, and we will arrange for a refund of the item, via e-voucher, which will be emailed to you upon approval and receiving the incorrect item back to us.

No. All products sold online are strictly non-exchangeable. For items delivered that are defective or incorrect from the order, we will review on case-by-case basis and arrange for a refund via e-voucher upon approval.

We'll always try to make sure that items delivered to you are of a good condition and correct. However, the following types of items can be put up for return and refund request:

All return requests have to go though our customer service and the requests will be reviewed by Watsons, subjected to approval. All successful cases will be refunded with e-voucher as a credit use for future purchases.

For all return requests, please contact us by submitting a return request via 'Contact Us' in our website or alternatively, email us at contactus@watsons.com.sg, with your order number, item details, your contact details, and the reason for return. Once we have received your request, we will review and contact you on how you can proceed with the return of item (if applicable) and refund. No, you may simply sign up for a Watsons card anytime through Watsons online, Watsons mobile app or visit any Watsons stores island-wide (except Changi Airport stores).

 

Yes, you may start accumulating Points immediately. However, to redeem your Points and/or enjoy 5X Points in your birthday month, you will need to activate your Watsons Card as soon as possible. You may activate your card online, our Watsons mobile app, or through our Membership Hotline at 6339 8456. 20 Bonus Points will be credited into your account on the next working day upon successful activation through our website or mobile app. 20 Bonus Points will not be awarded to Members who activated their Watsons Card through our Membership Hotline.

 

 For every $5 nett spend, you earn 1 Point. For every $50 nett spend, you receive another 10 Bonus Points on top of the Basic Points earned.

 Points earned are based on the total amount settled in each purchase. Accumulation of receipts for Points issuance is not allowed. For example, if you spend $8 for a certain purchase (1 Point earned), and after the transaction is settled, you spend $8 for another purchase (1 Point earned), the total Points accrued from the two purchases should be 2 rather than 3.

 Yes, you can! Just like how you usually shop and earn Points at our physical stores, you can also earn Points for orders made online.

 Points can be redeemed in your next purchase at Watsons at the conversion rate of 20 Points = $1. You may also keep accumulating Points through several purchases and redeem goods of higher value at a later time.

 Points accrued may be redeemed to offset your next purchases at Watsons physical stores (except Changi Airport stores) and Watsons online.

 As Points are to be redeemed in denomination of 20 Points (equivalent to $1), a minimum Point balance of 20 Points is required.

Points have to be redeemed in denomination of 20 Points, which is equivalent to $1. For example, you can redeem 200 Points to offset $10 from your purchase.

Point balance is updated on the website one day after transaction. As such, it is best to check your Point balance one day after transaction.

 No withdrawal of cash is allowed from your account.

Yes. You may use the maximum Points (in multiples of 20 Points) to offset part of the transaction as partial redemption and pay the remaining outstanding amount in cash.

When the product redeemed with Points is returned, the Points deducted previously will not be refunded. Therefore, we suggest the option of exchanging it with another product of the same value.

(1) If you choose to exchange the product for goods of the same value, no deduction of Points will be made.

(2) If you choose to return the product, the Points credited previously will be deducted from your account and you will receive a cash refund for your returned goods.

(3) In cases when you want to return a product while there are insufficient Points left in your Member account for deduction, you are only allowed to exchange the product with goods of the same value.

(4) In cases when you want to return a product redeemed wholly or partly with Points, we highly suggest that you opt for exchanging the product for goods of the same value, since the deducted Points will not be refunded. For example, For example, if you return a product priced at $25, 5 Points will be deducted from your account ($5 = 1 Point).

You may login to your account online and check your Point balance in your account summary, or click on ‘Points Balance / Transaction’ under ‘Membership’ to see your Points transaction history. Alternatively, you may check with the friendly cashier at our stores or via the sales receipt you get from each purchase.

Your contact information will be used by Watsons for communications on your order, or updates on our news and promotions. If you lose your Watsons Card or need to update your personal data, you will be prompted for identity verification, based on the information you submitted.

Watsons Card offers a lifetime membership, while the Points credited have their separate validity period. Points issued are valid till the end of the next calendar year. For example, Points issued in June 2017 are valid till 31 Dec 2018, unless otherwise stated.

No. The more bonus points you accumulate, the bigger redemption capacity you have.

However, each Member is limited to using the Watsons Card 5 times each day only.

No, Watsons Cards offers a lifetime membership. However, Watsons is not liable for lost card. You will need to get a new Watsons Card at $5.

If you lose your Watsons Card or when it is damaged beyond normal use, you may report the loss online. Login to your account. Mouse over ‘Hello, Login? Your Account’ on top right corner and click on ‘My Account’. Click on ‘Card Loss’ under ‘Membership’. Once you have submitted the card loss request, your Watsons Card and Points will be frozen.

You may apply for a new card by clicking ‘Apply for Card’ at the card loss confirmation page and you are required to make a $5 card replacement fee. Alternatively, you may purchase a new Watsons Card at any Watsons stores (except Changi Airport stores). After successful purchase of a new card, you will be asked to activate your new card.

Upon activation, click on ‘Card Loss’ again to do a transfer of your current Points to your new card and the process is completed (you may be required to re-login again using your old card details if you are not signed in).
