For non-express delivery issues

1. To track your online order or change of delivery details:

  • Kindly go to "Order History" under "My Account". Your tracking number would be 1111 (followed by your order number) and "-01" (for example: 1111XXXXXXXX-01).
  • Click on “Delivery Tracking” for live updates of your order. Depending on the carrier, you will be able to see the live updates of your parcel.

2. If you are unable to locate the order via the tracking page, it might be because we are still in the midst of packing your order. Kindly get in touch with our agents or submit your enquiry via web form. 

3. For changes to delivery details, you may get in touch with our customer service agents via the live chat function or by submitting your enquiry via our web form below.

For express-related delivery issues or others

If you have selected Home Delivery Express, Click and Collect Express or others, please use the live chat function.

Orders placed via Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, GrabMart or PandaShop

If you have placed your Watsons orders via these platforms, kindly approach their respective customer service for your refund matters as the payment you have made is a secured transaction and the payment details are only accessible from their end.
