1. To track your online order or change of delivery details, kindly go to “Order History” under “My Account”.  Your tracking number would be 1111___ (followed by your order number) and -01 (for example, 1111XXXXXXXX-01.)

2.  If you have the order number and would like to check the delivery status or change of delivery time slot or date, please contact Ninja Van via your preferred option below and they will be able to assist you:

3.  If you are unable to locate the order via Ninja Van's tracking page above, we are likely still packing it. You can submit your enquiry via our web form below.
