This product can be used on both dry and damp skin on the face or hands.[Step 1] Massage to remove makeup. Press 3 to 4 pumps onto your hands and massage your entire face in circular motions until all the sunscreen and makeup are completely dissolved. [Step 2] Rinse. After the makeup has completely dissolved, massage and rinse it clean with plenty of water. You can also dip your hands in a little water and massage your entire face to emulsify it until the oil is completely emulsified and turns milky white. Repeat the process if necessary and wash with room temperature water
