How to use :
1. Comb the wand through lashes from roots to tips.
2. When used as a primer under mascara, for ultimate lift, length and volume, apply the mascara before the primer has fully dried.
3. When you’re ready to remove it, use Xlash Caring Eyes Waterproof MakeUp Remover.
