Direction For Topical Use (Adults And Children 2 Years And Above): Remove Cap, Twist The Bottom To Release The Ointment.
Relief From Nasal Congestion And Cough: Apply On The Chest, Neck And Back Up To 4 Times A Day. Leave Clothes Loose For Vapours To Be Inhaled Easily. Relief From Minor Aches And Pains: Rub On The Affected Parts Up To 4 Times A Day Or As
Directed By A Physician. Clean The Applicator Top With A Tissue After Each Use And Place The Cap On.
Steaming Application:
Method (Adults And Children 12 Years And Above): Twist The Bottom To Fill 2 Teaspoonfuls Of Ointment And Add Into A Bowl Partially Filled (500 Ml) With Steaming (Not Boiling) Water. Gently Inhale The Vapours With A Towel Over The Head And Bowl
For 10-15 Minutes. May Be Repeated Up To 4 Times A Day. Closely Supervise Children To Avoid Scalding. Discard Bowl Contents After Use. Do Not Microwave, Add To Boiling Water Or Reheat Mixture
