1. Hold each end of the brace (Note the tag on the inside right. Arrows should be pointing up).
2. Pull the left side firmly across your middle section and about 5cm/2in below your navel. *Do not position above the navel.
3. Overlap the right side and secure with the hook-and-loop fastener.
