Gently pull off the sensor cover to remove it. Press the [Power] button. Point the sensor towards the forehead. When the sensor reaches the best distance for measuring (approx. 3cm from the forehead), the short buzzer beeps twice. Press the [Measure] button. The measurement is completed in 1 second with a long beep. The device automatically turns off if no button is pressed for 30 seconds.
