Directions
* Attach both pads to the treatment area.
* Press [Power] to turn on the device.
* Select your therapy (1 of 3) using the [UP/DOWN] buttons, then press [SET/START].
* Choose your heat level (Low or High) using the [LEFT/RIGHT buttons, then press [SET/START].
* Select your TENS mode using the arrow buttons, then press [SET/START].
* Press [SET/START] to begin treatment. Gradually increase the intensity using the [UP] button until you feel a comfortable pulsing sensation.
* Relax and enjoy your therapy. The session will automatically end after 30 minutes.
* Recommended use: Up to 3 sessions of 30 minutes per day.
