Terms & Conditions

1. [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw] is organised by Watsons Singapore.
2. [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw] is open to all registered Watsons Singapore Members, issued by Watsons Singapore only. The Watsons Singapore Member must be a Singapore Citizen, Singapore
3. Permanent resident or Singapore resident (with a valid employment pass or work permit) to participate in the [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw].
4. Watsons Singapore members must be 18 years old and above and are capable of entering into a binding contract (in cases you are below 18 years old: you must obtain consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), their acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein and their agreement to take responsibility for (i) your actions and (ii) any charges associated with your purchases at Watsons stores.
5. Individuals listed below are not eligible to participate in the [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw]:
   1. Watsons’ employees [including its associates, subsidiaries or related thereto] and their immediate family members [children, parents, siblings, including spouses]; and/or
   2. Representatives and/or the advertising agencies or promotional agencies of the Watsons Singapore [including its associated and related companies], and their immediate family members [children, parents, siblings, spouses].

[NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw] Period

1. The qualifying purchase period starts from 12 October 2023 12.00am to 3 January 2024, 11.59pm (Singapore time)
2. Any entries received beyond 11.59pm, 3 January 2024 will be rejected and deemed invalid.
3. 1 Winner will be selected from 12 October – 22 November 2023, and 1 Winner from 23 November 2023 – 3 January 2024.
4. Watsons Singapore reserves the right to amend, extend or terminate the Lucky Draw at its sole discretion.

How to participate

5. Member will automatically qualify for the lucky draw and earn one chance if the following 3 criteria are fulfilled

1. 1. Watsons member card is activated (if it has not been done previously)
      • Member account must be registered with valid & up to date mobile number and email address.
      • Member can submit their member card registration via Watson’s official website (https://www.watsons.com.sg/register/activateMemberCard or Watsons SG mobile app)
   2. Transactions with minimum $15 nett spent on Naturals by Watsons products are charged to the same Watsons Singapore member account.
      • At the point of transaction at any Watsons retail store, Watsons Singapore Card / eCard must be presented, or mobile number (linked to Watsons Card) must be quoted to cashier for the related transactions to be recognized under the membership account. Watsons will not be responsible for any unrecorded transactions.
      • For purchases made on Watsons Online, member has to login to his/her membership account before making any purchase, in order for the transactions to be recorded to the respective membership account. Watsons will not be responsible for any unrecorded transactions.
      • Transactions from different Watsons Singapore Members (of different card numbers) cannot be combined to qualify for [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw].
      • Each Watsons Singapore Member is only eligible to win ONE (1) prize during the [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw] period.
         
   3. Participant will automatically earn additional chance upon accumulating minimum $15 nett spent on Naturals by Watsons products within qualifying purchase period at Watsons Online and Retail stores, under the same Watsons card number

Prizes & Redemption

6. Lucky draw prizes: 2D1N Staycation at Garden Pod @ Gardens by the Bay worth up to $1400 (2 Winners)
7. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash (if any). Watsons Singapore shall be entitled to replace the prizes with other prizes of the same value without prior notification at its sole and absolute discretion.
8. Watsons Singapore, its agencies, affiliates, and sponsors and their representatives shall not be liable for any defects or misuse of the prizes, or to any claims, liabilities, losses or damages in connection with the [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw].

Winner selection and announcement

9. Watsons Singapore will filter all the eligible members who meet the Lucky Draw criteria
10. Lucky draw will be conducted on 25 January 2024 between 9am-6pm at Watsons Singapore office
11. Announcement of winners will be announced on 7 February 2024 on Watsons SG Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/watsons.sg/
12. If any Winner is subsequently discovered to be ineligible to participate in the [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw] or to receive the Prize, Watsons Singapore reserves the right to (i) forfeit or withdraw the Prize at any time; or (ii) (where the Prize has been redeemed) claw-back the Prize or request the relevant customer to repay to or compensate Watsons Singapore the value of the Prize at any time.
13. Winners may be required to provide valid identification document during or prior to prize redemption for verification. This is to validate the identity of the [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw] Winners
14. Watsons Singapore reserves the right to postpone the lucky draw date and announcement of winners to a later date in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
15. Watsons Singapore reserves the right to postpone the date and place for Prize redemptions to a later date in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
16. Watsons Singapore shall not be liable for any transportation costs in connection with the redemption and/or delivery of the Prizes. Any additional costs, duties, taxes and/or incidental expenses or charges imposed in respect of the Prizes are solely borne by the Winners.
17. Two (2) winners will be informed, either via email or a call based on the contact information linked to their members’ accounts within seven (7) working days from date of the draw. Watsons Singapore shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly in connection with or as a result of the redemption process, regardless of how the loss or damage may arise.
18. All decisions made by Watsons Singapore in connection with the [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw] including but not limited to the selection of Winners and the Prizes are final, conclusive, and binding. Any correspondences, inquiries, appeal, or objection from the Participants shall not be entertained.
19. All Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash in part or wholly.
20. Watsons Singapore would like to alert the Participants to take reasonable precautions when receiving any phone calls or messages requesting for your personal information(s) during and/or after the Contest. The Watsons Singapore would also like to advise our valued Participants to contact Watsons Singapore for enquiry via Watsons SG mobile app by submitting a form or using Live Chat, regarding the [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw].

Rights of Watsons Singapore

21. By participating in [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw], the Participants have given consent to Watsons Singapore to publish and use their names, and images for advertising, marketing, publicity and/or any other purposes, without any prior notice nor compensation to the Participants / Winners. Participants / Winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensations on the materials.
22. If for any reason [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw] is unable to proceed as planned for (and not limited) reasons such as computer virus, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, any acts of government not limited to movement control order or any other reason beyond Watsons  Singapore control, Watsons Singapore reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, postpone, modify, or suspend this Lucky Draw.
23. Watsons Singapore at its sole discretion may remove and/or disqualify any Participant and / or entries if found) or suspected of cheating / hacking / tampering with the [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw] submission process, the operation of this lucky draw or in violation of any Terms and Conditions of the lucky draw.
24. Watsons Singapore reserves the right to amend the [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw] terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
25. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any terms contained in any promotional materials for [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw], the terms contained in this terms and conditions shall prevail.
26. By participating in [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw], the Participants have given their consent to Watsons Singapore or any third party appointed by the Watsons Singapore to process the Participants’ personal data for the purpose of this lucky draw.

Liability and Responsibility

27. Participants and Winners shall assume full liability and responsibility for any liability incurred as a result of their negligence or wilful default due to their participation in [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw] and / or redemption and / or use of the Prizes, Participants and Winners agree to release the Watsons Singapore and its agencies from any claim whatsoever from that liability.
28. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event Watsons Singapore or any of its officer, employee, representative and/or agent (including, any third-party agencies that deal with Watsons Singapore for the purpose of this lucky draw) be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Participant’s negligence or wilful default in connection with [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw].
29. By participating in [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw], the Participant agrees to comply with all the terms & conditions of [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw] and all decisions made by the Watsons Singapore.

Privacy Notice

30. The Participant acknowledges that Watsons Singapore is authorised to process the personal data provided pursuant to this lucky draw in accordance with its privacy policy which can be found on https://www.watsons.com.sg/privacy-policy
31. By participating in the [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw], the Participants have given their consent to and authorize the Watsons Singapore to collect, store, use, process their names and other particulars [“Personal Data”] for the purpose of running the lucky draw, including but not limited to announcing and publishing Personal Data and/or photos of the Participants at the Watsons Singapore’s website for advertising and publicity purposes.
32. By participating in the [NATURALS BY WATSONS - SHOP GREEN & WIN Lucky Draw], the Participants have also given their consent and authorize the Watsons Singapore to use a third-party service including but not limited to any financial institution to process the Participants’ Personal Data. All such third parties are contractually obliged, not to use the Participants’ Personal Data in any other than way that stated herein.
