Product Usage
Ensure skin is dry and clean before using. Remove the transparent film by half and apply the centre area of the gel pad to the heel. Remove the remaining film slowly. Leave the gel pad on till the next morning.

Warnings
Do not use it around the eyes, on the mucous membranes, and on the part with skin abnormality such as rash and wounds. Stop using this product and consult doctor with product if any skin irritation occurs. Each sheet is for single use only. Keep unused sheets in sealed packaging. Gel may attach to shoes and socks so it is not recommended to wear them after applying the gel pad. Depends on your skin condition, the gel may remain on skin but you can easily remove it by water. Store in cool places and away from direct sunlight. Adult's supervision is recommended when product is used by children.
