Based on our long-selling “DHC Eye Lash Tonic,” this product contains additional lash-growing ingredients*, eyelash care ingredients, and plant extracts for further boost. The two types of lash-growing ingredients* helps improve the environment of eyelashes and give them elasticity. In addition, 9 types of plant extracts and placenta extract are added to condition lashes, and panthenol and hyaluronic acid to repair damage. The formula gives elasticity and moisture to lashes that are often damaged by daily mascara, curlers, and dryness caused by UV rays.
The brush is long and soft. The brush, which is filled with essence, captures each individual lash and gently coats them from the edge of the lash line to the tips of the lashes.
It can be used morning and evening for lash care, and during the day as a base for mascara or transparent mascara, for 24-hour continuous lash care. It can also be used over eyelash extensions or eyelash perms.

Apply to clean, makeup-free lashes. Apply generously and evenly from the skin at the hairline to the tips of the eyelashes. Apply thoroughly to areas of particular concern. When using as a mascara primer, allow the serum to dry completely before applying mascara.
