* Wash your hands
* Tear the aluminum foil on the extraction buffer tube and place the tube into the box tube stand
* Remove the swab from pouch (Do not touch swab tip with finger)
* Gently insert the swab 1.5-2.5cm into the LEFT nostril or until resistance is felt. Slowly rotate the swab at least 5 times.
* Remove the swab from the LEFT nostril and insert into the RIGHT nostril. Again, rotate 5 times.
* Place the swab in the extraction tube and rotate the swab against the walls of the tube 5 times. Allow the swab to stand in the extraction buffer tube for 1 minute.
* Press the nozzle cap tightly onto the tube.
* Open the foil pouch and take out the test device. 3 drops must be added to both the specimen wells.
* Read the result at 15 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes.
* Place the used test components into a biohazard specimen bag which can be sealed and dispose of in general waste.
Warnings
* For in vitro diagnostic use only.
* Do not use after the expiration date.
* Perform the test at room temperature, between 15 and 30°C.
* The test cassette should remain in the sealed pouch until use.

* To avoid inaccurate results, use only the components in this test kit. Do not substitute test kit components from a different batch.
* Place the test device on a flat, horizontal surface immediately after adding the drops to the sample wells. Wait for 15 minutes before reading the result.
* Positive result does not necessarily determine whether a person is infectious.
* Test kit solutions should only be used as directed; do not ingest; do not dip the swab into provided solution or other liquid before inserting the swab into the nose; avoid contact with skin and eyes; keep out of the reach of children and pets before and after use. If the extraction buffer comes in contact with the skin or eyes, flush with plenty of water. If irritation persists, seek medical advice from a doctor or your local medical centre.
