Use as necessary. Can be used with or without foot ware, during sleep or work.
Use as necessary beneath footwear like shoes. Wash when necessary using lukewarm water and laundry detergent. Do not use bleach, corrosive liquids, or hot water. Dry away from sunlight or wipe with a soft, non abrasive cloth or paper towel. Keep away from open flames or heat sources.
