Have been using for the past week, i've noticed a little bit of good effects in terms of using this Vitamin for example, my eyes aren't dry anymore... and my vision has improved slightly ONLY. But... those who are keen to buy do not expect highly as everbody has different hormones hence the vitamin may work differently for you.
