1. The vitamin is sensitive to light and heat. The package delivered to me was hot and the bottles inside were not insulated except a piece of brown paper inside to prevent them from clashing. Is there a better way to deliver vitamins and cosmetics without destroying the efficacy? 2. Can delivery’s window be shortened from 12 hours to 6hours? Thank you
