Soak clean cotton generously with lotion (about 3 to 5 pumps per cotton) and let it sit on the skin for a while before wiping makeup away gently You can proceed to the next step of skin care without rinsing off. It might take a while to thoroughly remove waterproof mascara. For faster removal, we recommend using the Bifesta Eye Makeup Remover.
