Dosing in Constipation or for Stool Softening:
- Adult Starting Dose: 10ml - 45ml
- Adult Maintenance Dose: 10ml - 25ml
- Children (7-14 years) Starting Dose: 15ml
- Children (7-14 years) Maintenance Dose: 10ml - 15ml
- Children (1-6 years) Starting Dose: 5ml - 10ml
- Children (1-6 years) Maintenance Dose: 5ml - 10ml
- Infants (Under 1 year) Starting Dose: Up to 5ml
- Infants (under 1 year) Maintenance Dose: Up to 5ml

Lactulose 667g/litre
Warnings
Contraindication: Allergic to lactulose or any of ingredients of Duphalac, suffer from galactosaemia, gastrointestinal obstruction, digestive perforation, or risk of digestive perforation.
Pre-caution: Hereditary problems of galactose or fructose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption.
Store between 10°C and 25°C. Protect from light.
