*Unpack, setup and connect the cuff to the Blood Pressure Monitor
*Place the cuff on your upper arm, located at heart level and sit upright in a relaxed position.
*Press Start and the monitor will take your measurement.
Warnings
If you experience any discomfort during a measurement, press the Start/Stop button immediately to release the air from the cuff. Keep away from infants and children as the air tube possess a risk of strangulation and the small parts of product and batteries present a chocking hazard if swallowed.
