L’Oreal Dermo Expertise x Watsons Singapore Top Spender Contest

TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

1. Organiser  

1.1 This "Top Spender contest" (“Contest”) is organised by L'Oreal Paris, a brand of the Organiser, L'Oreal Singapore Pte Ltd (Company Registration No.: 199001413D). This Contest shall be governed by the Specific Terms and the General Terms as particularly detailed hereinunder (collectively referred to as “Terms and Conditions”). The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability to any person at any time, to change and/or amend the Terms and Conditions herein. 

SPECIFIC TERMS 

2. Contest Period 

2.1 This Contest will run from September 18, 2025 at 12:00:00 AM to October 15, 2025 at 11:59:59PM Singaporean time (“the Contest Period”). 

3. Contest Mechanic and Entry Method 

3.1 Eligible Participants are allowed to submit multiple entries for this Contest. To participate, Eligible 

Participants are required to: 

a) Purchase any L’Oréal Paris skincare products, including a minimum of one (1) L’Oréal Paris Glycolic Bright Exfoliant Peel, from Watsons, or Watsons.com.sg during the Contest Period. 

For the avoidance of doubt, in-store purchases and online purchases from other online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and other outlets that are not stated herein are not eligible for participation in the Contest. 

b) Only completed and confirmed purchases from the In-stores or Online Stores during the Contest Period are eligible and qualify for the Contest. Any cancelled, returned, or refunded orders are excluded and will not count towards the accumulated spending for the Contest. 

c) Eligible Participants must submit their name and proof of purchase upon successful purchase. Submissions can be made either via WhatsApp to 9428 4792 or by scanning the QR code displayed on the point-of-sale material. Proof of purchase requires uploading a digital copy of the official receipt and provided necessary transaction and personal details. For verification, the date of transaction and purchase amount must be clearly visible on the official receipt. 

d) Highest spending will be determined by the total net purchase amount of L’Oréal Paris skincare products made in a single receipt or transaction during the Contest Period. This amount must exclude any discounts or vouchers applied and must include a minimum of one (1) L’Oréal Paris Glycolic Bright Exfoliant Peel, as reflected in the approved receipt and/or eligible transaction records. 

e) The Organiser reserves the right to request for the original, hardcopy of the official receipt (if applicable) and any other form of proof of purchase for verification purpose. Entries submitted based on voided, refunded, cancelled and/or fraudulent transactions/ purchase shall be disqualified.

4. Winner Selection Process  

4.1 A total of four (4) winners will be selected at the end of Contest Period. Winners will be determined based on the highest net purchase amount of L’Oréal Paris skincare products, in a single receipt or transaction, provided it includes a minimum of one (1) L’Oréal Paris Glycolic Bright Exfoliant Peel.  

4.2 This selection is contingent upon the Eligible Participant’s full compliance with and completion of the Contest Mechanic and Entry Method.  

4.3 In the event of a tie for the highest single-receipt or transaction amount, the Eligible Participant with the earliest valid receipt or transaction date will be declared the Winner.  

4.4 The Organiser’s decision shall be final, conclusive and binding. No further correspondence, appeals or attempts to dispute the Organiser’s decision shall be entertained.

5. Winner Announcement  

5.1 The Organiser will reach out to the Winners via their contact number after the end of Contest Period (“Notification”). Notwithstanding anything stated herein, the Organiser reserves its right to announce the Winners by any reasonable means as it deems fit.  

5.2 Unless mentioned otherwise in the Notification, all Winners are responsible to respond to the Notification within five (5) working days from the date of the Notification. If the Winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond to the Organiser and/or its appointed agency within the stipulated period, or fails to comply with the instructions given by the Organiser for the redemption of Prizes, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the Winner and forfeit the respective Prize and/or to select a replacement winner based on the same criteria at the sole discretion of the Organiser.  

6. Prizes  

6.1 A total of four (4) winners will be awarded 3-days, 2-night stays at the Mandai Rainforest Resort, Singapore, comprising:  

a) Grand Prize: One (1) Mandai Tree House b) Consolation Prizes: Three (3) Rainforest room  

(each shall be referred to as a “Prize”, and collectively as the “Prizes”)  

6.2 Pictures of Prizes shown on the Contest announcements are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual item. Price shown (if any) is correct at the time of publishing.  

6.3 Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash or other alternatives will be offered in lieu of the Prize, except as determined by Organiser in its sole discretion.  

6.4 Winner must adhere to any stipulated deadlines for confirming their Prize acceptance, providing necessary details, or collecting their Prize. Failure to respond, collect or confirm within the specified timeframe may result in the Prize being forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner.
