- This ‘Purchase Hada Labo & Win Dyson Supersonic Hairdryer” (“Contest”) organised by Mentholatum Singapore will run from 31st December 2020 until 27th January 2020 (“Contest Period”).
- This Contest is open to all Singapore citizens and Singapore permanent residents of aged 18 years and above (as at the date of participation in this Contest) holding valid Singapore National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) only (“Participants”).
- The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in the contest:
a) Employees of the Organiser including its affiliated and related companies and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses); and/or representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of Organiser including its affiliated and related companies and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters including spouses).

Step 3: Keep the original receipt for the final verification by Organiser.
5. Participants may submit multiple entries to increase chances of winning throughout the Contest Period, but each entry must be accompanied by the photocopy of an original purchase receipt as the proof of purchase to be considered as ONE (1) valid entry.
6. Participants MUST keep the original receipts for verification purpose. Duplicate copies and photocopies of original purchase receipt(s) are not acceptable.
7. The Organiser reserves the rights at its absolute discretion to forfeit the Prize of any Winner if the receipt is suspected to be fake or fraudulent.
8. The Organiser reserves the rights at its absolute discretion to forfeit the Prize of any Winner who is unable to provide original receipt as stipulated in item 4 of the Contest Terms and Conditions. There will be no substitution of winner in the event of disqualification.
9. Each Participant is allow to win only one (1) prize across all Mentholatum Singapore Contests throughout the Contest Period.
10. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable in any form subject to such terms and conditions in which the Organiser may in its sole discretion impose. The Organiser may in its sole discretion exchange or substitute the prizes to another of equivalent or similar value at any time without prior notice.
