Terms and Conditions:
- Receive one (1) Scratch & Win chance with every $30 nett spend in a single transaction. Each customer may enjoy up to 5 chances per transaction.
- Digital Scratch & Win is available at all stores except Punggol Coast Mall.
- Digital Scratch & Win is applicable from 16 Oct - 12 Nov 2025.
- All prizes are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
- Scratch & Win chances are issued only at the cashier upon payment. The cashier must enter the merchant PIN code to validate prize winning.
- To claim a prize, winners must submit the following to our Customer Service team at https://www.watsons.com.sg/contactUs
(a) A screenshot showing the prize won on phone screen;
(b) A photo of the original purchase receipt made from 16 Oct - 12 Nov 2025.
- Prizes are subject to stock availability. No replacement or substitute prizes will be offered once fully redeemed.
- Winners are not entitled to request changes or exchanges for the prizes won.
- All prizes are non-exchangeable for cash and will not be replaced if lost under any circumstances.
- Watsons reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
