Abbott PanbioTM Real Madrid Lucky Draw 2022
The “Abbott PanbioTM Real Madrid” Lucky Draw 2022 (“Lucky Draw”) is organized by Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Pte Ltd (“Organiser”). By participating in this Lucky Draw, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw as set out below:
1. The Lucky Draw qualifying period will be from 1 Dec 2022 until 29 Jan 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. The Lucky Draw is open to all residents of Singapore who are eighteen (18) years old and above as at the start of the Promotion Period and who are not medical healthcare providers/professionals or employees of any Singapore government ministry, statutory body or any other Singapore government body.
3. To participate in the Lucky Draw, you must:-
(i) purchase a minimum of one (1) Abbott PanbioTM COVID-19 Antigen Self-Test 4Test, 10Test or 20Test product as part of your purchase of a minimum $50 worth of products from Watsons in a single Watsons receipt within “the Promotion Period”. Purchases must be made at any Watsons stores in Singapore or online at Watsons eStore at watsons.com.sg; and
(ii) SMS: PANBIO
4. Each eligible entry for the Lucky Draw will stand a chance to win an authentic Real Madrid Team Jersey (standard sizes available, no customizations) (“Prize”).
5. During the Promotion Period, there will be eight (8) lucky draws and the results will be announced every Sunday for the previous week. Three (3) winners will be selected in each random draw by the Organiser’s assigned service provider.
6. Multiple entries are allowed, but each individual participant can only win once throughout the Promotion Period. Each Watsons receipt is only valid for one entry for the Lucky Draw. Duplicated receipts used for multiple entries will be disqualified.
7. All lucky draw winners will be notified via SMS/email on every Sunday of the Promotion Period. Winners must go to Gage Redemption Centre, 2 Handy Rd, #04-01 The Cathay, Singapore 229233 to collect their Prize and carry a photo ID along with them.
8. All Prizes are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable for cash or other gifts. Prize(s) are subject to availability and the Organiser reserves the right at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute any of the Prize(s) with another item of similar or lower value, without prior notice.
9. The Organiser makes no warranties, representations or guarantees either expressed or implied regarding any prize, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. All entries must be submitted within the Promotion Period. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Lucky Draw winners, forfeit and/or reclaim any Prize at any time if the Organiser deems that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions by any winner, whether discovered during or after the Promotion Period. The Organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
11. If any winner cannot be contacted by the Organiser or does not respond to the notification by the Organiser within the deadline mentioned for claiming the Prize, the Organiser reserves the right to select a replacement winner or forfeit the Prize, and the originally selected winner shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation from the Organiser.
12. By participating in this Lucky Draw, each participant understands and accepts that the Organiser, and its agencies, affiliates, and any other parties directly involved in organizing the Lucky Draw, may collect, use, transfer disclose and/or process any of the participant’s personal data and contact information for the purposes of this Lucky Draw, including contacting the participant via SMS/email and delivering the Prize to each winner in accordance with the Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions.
13. The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Lucky Draw and/or to amend these Terms and Conditions or terminate this Lucky Draw at any time for whatever reason and without giving prior notice to the participants. The decision of the Organiser on all matters relating to or in connection with the Lucky Draw is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
14. The Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury or costs and expenses relating to any person’s participation in the Lucky Draw, including but not limited to any changes to the Prize, disqualification of entries, any winner’s acceptance and use of his/her Prize and any delay, cancellation, failure or omission on the Organiser’s part to carry out the Lucky Draw.
