Parcel containing the Omron HEM_7361T was initially redirected back to NinjaVan Warehouse.
Ninjavan SMS delay was due to "Damaged Parcel" while in transit.
Watsons only "Cut & Paste" reply for delayed delivery but totally ignored regarding damaged purchased items. Watsons online never even bother to do "Service Recovery".
Should have purchased online from Lazada, Shopee or Qoo10 as damaged items while in transit, at least customer can return for refund (or "1-To-1 Exchange").
