4. Is the New Moon Spin & Huat campaign available at all Watsons stores island-wide?

• No, this campaign is limited to in-store only and available at 41 participating stores.

5. If I do not have a mobile phone / don’t want to use my phone / have difficulty to access the digital spin wheel, can I use another way to do the spin?

• No, you should use your mobile phone to access the digital spin wheel. If you refuse to use your own phone, no spin prize will be given.
• If customer has difficulty to access the game or faces any connection issue, cashier will give the random prize to customer.

6. If the prize I get from the spin wheel is not available/fully redeemed, what can I get?

• All prizes are at first come first served basis, while stock last. If this happens, cashier will offer you other available prizes based on the availability of stocks at the respective participating stores.

7. I did the spin but that’s not the prize that I want, can I redo the spin?

• No. You can only do one (1) spin for each time scan of QR code. Cashier is required to enter the merchant pin code to validate the spin result before issuing the prize.
• If you were found guilty, spin result will not be recognised and no prize & New Moon Gold Coin will be issued.

8. If the spin & win prizes are fully redeemed, can I still get the gold coin to redeem the New Moon Bird’s Nest with White Fungus 6’s?

• Yes, if the spin & win prizes are fully redeemed, you can still get the New Moon Gold Coins and collect three (3) to redeem the New Moon Bird’s Nest with White Fungus 6’s. All prizes are while stocks last.

9. I have collected three (3) New Moon Gold Coins but I do not want to exchange for the New Moon Bird’s Nest with White Fungus 6’s, can I exchange for cash voucher or cash instead?

• No. All prizes and coins are not exchangeable for cash vouchers or cash.
