Product Usage
*Tear open packaging. Upon contact with air, MenstruHeat will heat up on its own within 5 mins.
*Peel and paste onto underwear or on abdomen.
*Tear open Lavender patchlet packaging, peel and paste onto heat patch. The heat will enhance the smell. Alternatively, past the patchlet anywhere else if you prefer.
