Terms & Conditions:

2. The lucky draw is open to all registered Watsons Singapore Card Members, issued by Watsons Singapore only. The Watsons Singapore Member must be a Singapore Citizen, Singapore permanent resident or Singapore resident (with a valid employment pass or work permit) to participate in the Lucky Draw.

3. Watsons Singapore Card members must be 18 years old or above and are capable of entering into a binding contract (in case you are below 18 years old: you must obtain consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), their acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein and their agreement to take responsibility for (i) your actions and (ii) any charges associated with your purchases at Watsons stores/ Watsons Online.

4. Individuals listed below are not eligible to participate in this lucky draw : - Watsons employees [including its associates, subsidiaries or related thereto] and their immediate family members [children, parents, siblings, including spouses]; and/or - Representatives and/or the advertising agencies or promotional agencies of Watsons Singapore[including its associated and related companies], and their immediate family members [children, parents, siblings, spouses].

5. The qualifying purchase period starts from 1 Jan 2026 12.00am to 4 Mar 2026, 11.59pm (Singapore time).

6. This lucky draw falls under the Class License for Trade Promotion.

7. Watsons Singapore reserves the right to amend, extend or terminate the Lucky Draw at its sole discretion.

How to participate and earn chances to win 88,888 member points (worth $4,444 .40)

8. Each participant   stands to win 88,888 member points (worth $4,444.40) when the following criteria are fulfilled during the qualifying period:

a) With every $18 nett spend on www.watsons.com.sg / Watsons SG mobile app, Watsons Online or at any Watsons retail stores  .

b) 1 extra  chance with at least 1 item purchased from participating brands in a single receipt: Dove, Kinohimitsu, Avene, Derma Lab, Bioderma, Bio-Essence, Ginvera, Eversoft, Garnier, 3CE/ Maybelline, Banana Boat , L'oreal Cos metics/ L’Oreal Dermo Expertise, Ebene, Bausch & Lomb, Clarityne, Koli, Colgate, Kotex, Oral B, Tsubaki, Miseenscene, Moist Diane, Grafen, Blackmores, Kordels, Labo Nutrition , AFC, Kirei Kirei, Dettol

c) Transactions must be charged to the same Watsons Member Card of the same membership card number.

9. Chances to Win in the Lucky Draw

a) Participant earns one (1) chance to win in the lucky draw with every $18 nett spend storewide, with an extra chance to win in the lucky draw with purchase of participating brands’ products within qualifying period at Watsons Online, Watsons SG app and Retail stores, under the same Watsons member card number.

b) Qualified purchases will automatically be accumulated across multiple receipts on the same Watsons membership card. Applicable on purchases at all Watsons Singapore stores; www.watsons.com.sg and Watsons SG app. Accumulated spend can be tracked from participant’s Watsons member account.

c) Nett spend refers to the final payment amount of purchase after all discounts, points redemption and voucher/coupon redemptions.

10. At point of transaction at Watsons retail store, physical Watsons Card/eCard must be presented or mobile number (linked to Watsons Member Card) must be quoted to cashier for the transactions to be recorded to membership account. Transactions must be charged to the same Watsons Member Card of the same card number. Watsons will not be responsible for any unrecorded transactions.

11. For purchases made on Watsons Online, member has to login to his/her membership account before making any purchase, in order for the transactions to be recorded to the respective membership account. Watsons will not be responsible for any unrecorded transactions.

12. Transactions from different Watsons Member Cards (of different card numbers) cannot be combined to qualify for this lucky draw.

13. During the qualifying period, if participant refunds the order, registration of Lucky Draw will become invalid.

Prize & redemption

14. Grand Prize: 88,888 Member Points (worth $4,444.40)

15. The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 8 Apr 2026 between 9am-6pm at Watsons Singapore office.

16. The winner will be notified via email or mobile number based on the contact information provided during membership registration process. The Prize, in the form of member points, will be credited directly to the winner’s Watsons Singapore membership account. No physical prize collection is required. Watsons Singapore shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, delay, or failure in crediting the member points arising from incorrect or incomplete membership or contact details provided by the participant.

17. Member points will be credited within the timeframe specified by Watsons Singapore following winner notification. In the event that the winner does not have a valid Watsons Singapore membership account or if the Prize cannot be credited due to invalid, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided, Watsons Singapore reserves the right to forfeit the Prize without further notice and select an alternative winner.

18. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items. Member points will be awarded solely to the winning member’s account and cannot be claimed by or credited to any other individual or representative.

19. Watsons Singapore would like to alert the Participants to take reasonable precautions when receiving any phone calls or messages requesting for your personal information(s) during and/or after the Contest. The Watsons Singapore would also like to advise our valued Participant to contact Watsons Singapore for verification via Watsons SG mobile app by submitting a form or using Live Chat, regarding the lucky draw.

20. Prize is not exchangeable for cash (if any). Watsons Singapore shall be entitled to replace the prize with other prize of the same value without prior notification at its sole and absolute discretion.

21. Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash in part or wholly.

22. Watsons Singapore, its agencies, affiliates, and sponsors and their representatives shall not be liable for any defects or misuse of the prize, or to any claims, liabilities, losses or damages in connection with this Lucky Draw.

23. If any Winner is subsequently discovered to be ineligible to participate in the Lucky Draw or to receive the Prize, Watsons Singapore reserves the right to (i) forfeit or withdraw the Prize at any time; or (ii) (where the Prize has been redeemed) claw-back the Prize or request the relevant customer to repay to or compensate Watsons Singapore the value of the Prize at any time.

24. Participant may be required to provide valid identification document during or prior to prizes redemption for Participant/Winner verification process. This is to validate the identity of the lucky draw’s Participant/Winner.

25. Watsons Singapore reserves the right to postpone the date and place for Prizes redemption that has been determined to a later date in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

26. Watsons Singapore shall not be liable for any transportation costs in connection with the redemption and/or delivery of the Prize. Any additional costs, duties, taxes and/or incidental expenses or charges imposed in respect of the Prize is solely borne by the Winner.

27. All decisions made by Watsons Singapore in connection with the lucky draw including but not limited to the selection of Winner and the Prize is final, conclusive and binding. Any correspondences, inquiries, appeal or objection from the Participant shall not be entertained.

Rights of the Watsons Singapore

28. By participating in this Lucky Draw, the Participant gives their consent to Watsons Singapore to publish and use their names, and images submitted by the Participant/Winner for advertising, marketing, publicity and/or any other purpose, without any prior notice nor compensation to the Participant/Winner. Participant/Winner shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.

29. If for any reason this Lucky Draw is unable to proceed as planned for (and not limited) reasons such as computer virus, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, any acts of government not limited to movement control order or any other reason beyond Watsons Singapore control, Watsons Singapore reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, postpone, modify, or suspend this Lucky Draw.

30. Watsons Singapore at its sole discretion may remove and/or disqualify any Participant and/or entries if found (at the Watsons Singapore’s discretion) or suspected of cheating/hacking/tampering with the Lucky Draw submission process, the operation of this Lucky Draw or in violation of any Terms and Conditions of the Lucky Draw.

31. Watsons Singapore reserves the right to amend the Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

32. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any terms contained in any promotional materials for this Lucky Draw, the terms contained at https://www.watsons.com.sg/promo-members-top-spender  lucky draw landing page shall prevail.

33. By participating in the Lucky Draw, Participants will give their consents to Watsons Singapore or any third party appointed by the Watsons Singapore to process the Participant's personal data for the purpose of this Lucky Draw.

Liability and Responsibility

34. Participant and Winner shall assume full liability and responsibility for any liability incurred as a result of their negligence or wilful default due to their participation in this Lucky Draw and/or redemption and/or use of the Prize, Participant and Winner agree to release the Watsons Singapore and its agencies from any claim whatsoever from that liability.

35. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event Watsons Singapore or any of its officer, employee, representative and/or agent (including, any third-party agencies that deal with Watsons Singapore for the purpose of this Lucky Draw) be liable for any loss or damage arising in the Participant’s negligence or wilful default in connection with this Lucky Draw.

36. By participating in this Lucky Draw, the Participant agrees to comply with all the Terms & Conditions of this Lucky Draw and all decisions made by the Watsons Singapore.

Privacy Notice

37. The Participant acknowledges that Watsons Singapore is authorised to process the personal data provided pursuant to this Lucky Draw in accordance with its privacy policy which can be found on https://www.watsons.com.sg/privacy-policy.

38. By participating in the Lucky Draw, the Participant gives their consent to and authorise the Watsons Singapore to collect, store, use, process their names and other particulars [“Personal Data”] for the purpose of running the Lucky Draw, including but not limited to announcing and publishing Personal Data and/or photos of the Participant at the Watsons Singapore’s website for advertising and publicity purposes.

39. By participating in the Lucky Draw, the Participant also give their consent and authorise the Watsons Singapore using a third party service including but not limited to any financial institution to process the Participant's Personal Data. All such third parties are contractually obliged, not to use the Participant's Personal Data in any other than way that stated herein.
