Holistic Way Dual Action Melatonin 10mg uses an advanced bi-layer technology that releases melatonin in stages, just as the body does naturally when preparing for a restful sleep. The first layer releases 5mg for an immediate melatonin boost to help you fall asleep, while the second 5mg is gradually released over 4 hours to support uninterrupted sleep, to get the rest you deserve.
