Directions

Adults only. Take two (2) tablets once a day after meal. Do not take this product within one hour of taking other medications. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Vitamin E (as D-Alpha Tocopherol), Organic Flaxseed Oil, Fish Oil (50% Omega-3), Omega-3 Fatty Acids, Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA), Elcosapentaenoic Acid (EPA), Docosahesaenoic Acid (DHA), Omega-6 Fatty Acids, Linoleic Acid, Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA), Omega-9 Fatty Acids (Oleic Acid), Gelatin and Glycerin.

Store at room temperature. Keep in a dry place with lid tightly closed. Avoid excessive heat.
