Terms & Conditions

• The qualifying purchase period starts from 5 March 2026 12.00am to 1 April 2026, 11.59pm (Singapore time)

• Watsons Singapore Card members earn one (1) chance to win in the Lucky Draw with every $38 Nett Spend within the Qualifying Purchase Period at Watsons Online, Watsons SG app and Retail stores, under the same Watsons Singapore membership card number.

• Upon successful completion of the registration, it is deemed that the Watsons Singapore Card members have understood and agreed to all terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw.

• The number of chances will be based on the final nett amount spent and calculated in multiples of S$38 per 1 receipt.

• Transactions from different Watsons Singapore Member Cards (of different card numbers) cannot be combined to qualify for this Lucky Draw. No combining of receipts is allowed.

• During the Qualifying Purchase Period, if Watsons Singapore Card members decide to refund the order, registration of Lucky Draw will become invalid.

• Grand Prize: one (1) BYD Sealion 7 Dynamic to the Winner of the Lucky Draw. For clarity, the Prize comprises the vehicle only and does not include any ancillary or consequential costs associated with vehicle ownership, operation or registration. Without limitation, the Prize expressly excludes, and the Winner of the Prize shall be responsible for procuring and paying for the following:
  1. Certificate of Entitlement (“COE”);
  2. motor vehicle insurance;
  3. road tax;
  4. Vehicle Emissions Scheme (VES) surcharge, if applicable;
  5. servicing program;
  6. On-Board Unit installation;. 
  7. number plate;
  8. Goods and Services Tax (GST);
  9. registration fee;
  10. Additional Registration Fee (ARF);
  11. any fittings, fixtures, and accessories other than those provided by Vantage Automotive in its sole discretion;
  12. other incidentals, etc.; and
  13. any other fees, charges or costs not expressly stated to be included as part of the Prize.

• Other Prizes: A total of thirty-eight (38) S$100 dining vouchers issued by BYD by 1826, with one (1) voucher awarded to each of the 38 Winners in the Lucky Draw.

• All payments arising from or incurred in connection with the Grand Prize (BYD Sealion 7) shall be made in full before collection of the Prize. 

• The colour of the Grand Prize (BYD Sealion 7 Dynamic) is determined by Vantage Automotive at its sole discretion. The fittings, fixtures and accessories of the Prize shall also be determined by Vantage Automotive at its sole discretion.
• The draw for the Lucky Draw will be conducted on 13 April between 9am - 6pm at Watsons Singapore office.

• The Winner will be contacted, either via an email or a call to the mobile number based on the contact information supplied during entry submission, within fourteen (14) working days from the date of the draw, on the arrangements relating to Prize collection. Watsons Singapore shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly in connection with or as a result of the redemption process, regardless of how the loss or damage may arise.

• Redemption of the Grand Prize (BYD Sealion 7 Dynamic) is subject to Vantage Automotive’s operating hours, Prize availability and internal policies.

• Redemption of Other Prizes (BYD By 1826 Café Vouchers) is subject to BYD By 1826 operating hours, prize availability and internal policies.

• For further information on redemption and the applicable terms and conditions imposed by Vantage Automotive and BYD By 1826, the Winner may refer to the Prize redemption instructions provided by Watsons Singapore, BYD By 1826 and Vantage Automotive.

• The Winner must claim the Prize from Vantage Automotive and BYD By 1826 within the specified time period as notified by Watsons Singapore (via email or any other communication channels) and as arranged with Vantage Automotive and BYD By 1826. In the event a Winner fails to claim the Prize or nominate a representative to claim the Prize within the stipulated period, Watsons Singapore, BYD By 1826 and/or Vantage Automotive reserves the right to forfeit the Prize and award the Prize to another Winner.

• All Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, either partially or in full. Watsons Singapore, BYD By 1826 and/or Vantage Automotive reserves the right to replace the Prize with other Prize of equal value without prior notification, at its sole and absolute discretion.

• By participating in this Lucky Draw, Watsons Singapore Card members will give their consent to Watsons Singapore or any third party appointed by the Watsons Singapore to process the member’s Personal Data for the purpose of this Lucky Draw.

• If Watsons Singapore Card members choose to receive marketing updates from Vantage Automotive when participating in the Lucky Draw, they have agreed that their personal details may be shared with Sime Motors Group companies in Singapore (including Vantage Automotive) so they can send them marketing communications. Each company will manage the personal data according to its own privacy policy. Watsons Singapore is not responsible for how these companies use your data.

• The Lucky Draw is open to all registered Watsons Singapore Card members, issued by Watsons Singapore only. The Watsons Singapore Card member must be a Singapore Citizen, Singapore permanent resident or Singapore resident (with a valid employment pass or work permit) to participate in the Lucky Draw. Watsons Singapore Card members must be 18 years old or above and are capable of entering into a binding contract.

• Individuals listed below are not eligible to participate in this Lucky Draw:

• • Employees of Watsons Singapore, BYD By 1826 and Vantage Automotive, including employees of Watsons Singapore’s, BYD By 1826’s and Vantage Automotive’s associates, subsidiaries or related entities, as well as their Immediate Family Members; and

• • Representatives, agents and employees of any advertising agencies or promotional agencies of Watsons Singapore, BYD By 1826 and Vantage Automotive, including their associated and related companies, and their Immediate Family Members.

• Watsons Singapore, BYD By 1826 and Vantage Automotive and their agencies, affiliates  and representatives shall not be held liable for any defects or misuse of the Prizes, or for any claims, liabilities, losses or damages arising in connection with this Lucky Draw.

• All decisions made by Watsons Singapore, BYD By 1826 and/or Vantage Automotive in connection with the Lucky Draw including but not limited to the selection of the Winner and the Prizes, are final, conclusive and binding. Any correspondences, inquiries, appeal or objection from the Watsons Singapore Card members shall not be entertained.

• Watsons Singapore, Vantage Automotive and/or BYD By 1826 reserve the right to amend, extend or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
