Product Usage
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 3 tablets once, then take additional 1 tablet every 2 hours if required. Take a maximum of 5 tablets in 24 hours. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding take maximum of 2 tablets in 24 hours.
Motion Sickness: Take 30 minutes before travelling for optimum effect. Dosage as per instruction above.
Morning Sickness: Take 2 tablets once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Always talk to your health professional before taking multiple product whilst pregnant. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Store below 30°C in a dry place away from sunlight.
