Magnesium oxide - heavy 440 mg, Magnesium phosphate 175 mg (equiv to total magnesium 300 mg), Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 50 mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 50 mg, Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol 2.5 mcg) 100 IU, Manganese amino acid chelate 40 mg (Manganese 4 mg). No added yeast, gluten, wheat, milk derivatives, preservatives, artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners.

Delivery was failed on 2 occasions. Still waiting for delivery to be made. Very poor delivery service, asked to make sure someone is at home to receive the goods for 2 evenings but no one turns up.
