Product Usage
1) Slide foot into the inner fabric, with V-mark facing the front.
2) Ensure the taping belt is facing outwards.
3) Pull the belt up and wrap it all the way around the ankle. Start from the inner side of ankle.
4) Fasten belt over the top of the foot in a criss-cross.
