Shake bottle before every use. Spray product 4-5cm away from face, body and hair for 2-3 seconds each area. For desired results, re-apply when necessary, or after towel drying and vigorous outdoor activity. It is always advisable to refrain from staying under the sun for too long even with sunscreen applied.
