Product Usage
1) For overpronation, knock knees and ankle eversion, wear with the lower edges of the corrector facing outwards.
For supination, bow legs and ankle inversion, wear with lower edges facing inwards.
2) Peel the plastic layer of the flat side to expose the sticky lower layer. Insert on shoe insole in the correct position as explained in the package illustrations or instructions above. Then push downwards onto the top of the shoe insole stick the correctors onto your insole.
Can be washed with warm water and air dried away from direct sunlight. Store in dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
