Received item with shorter expiry date (Aug 2023) then in online shop mentioned (Jun 2024). The item even doesn’t have minimum 6 months storage life. Watson still deliver to customer. Totally disappointed.

It’s expired. I just received it today but the colour of the liquid is “YELLOW” I need a refund. This is outrageous! Watsons is very difficult to reach out. So don’t buy online from watsons. VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY!

The toner arrived with a yellowish tint, which made me suspect that the toner might be spoiled and kept in watsons warehouse for too long… however, I have tried it and have no problems, hopefully it is not spoiled as it wouldn’t work as effectively. But other than that, they had Timely Delivery and my product did arrive in Nice Condition packaged safely.
