Product Usage
Before applying product, brush the built-in spoolie through brows to groom and shape. Hold pencil with a light grip and shape brows with feather-like strokes as desired. Use the spoolie-end to blend product in for a more natural finish. Set the brows with The Clear Brow for unstoppable brows that last all day.
