Use as directed by your physician. Proper hygiene, handling and storage are important when preparing infant formula. Failure to follow these instructions could result in severe harm. Powdered infant formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants or infants who might have immune problems unless directed and supervised by your baby's doctor. Use previously boiled, cooled water for feed preparation. Sterilize bottle, nipple and ring before use. Use only the scoop enclosed in this container to measure Similac Organic. If you prepare more than one feeding, it must be refrigerated at 2°C - 4°C (35°F - 40°F) and used within 24 hours.
1) Wash your hands, surfaces and utensils. Pour water into clean bottle.
2) Add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.6g) to each 60ml of water. Return dry scoop to holder in lid.
3) Mix until completely dissolved. Test temperature and feed. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.

Fluid skim milk (58%), lactose, VEGETABLE OILS (high oleic sunflower oil, soy oil, canola oil), whey protein concentrate, galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS) sourced from lactose, soy lecithin, potassium citrate, tricalcium phosphate, sodium citrate, arachidonic acid (AA), magnesium chloride, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), potassium chloride, choline chloride, L-ascorbic acid, calcium carbonate, calcium hydroxide, ascorbyl palmitate, m-inositol, ferrous sulfate, sodium L-ascorbate, zinc sulfate, d-alpha tocopheryl acetate (natural RRR Vitamin E), mixed tocopherol concentrate, L-carnitine, Vitamin A acetate, Vitamin D3, niacinamide, calcium d-pantothenate, copper sulfate, Vitamin K1 (phylloquinone), thiamin hydrochloride, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, manganese sulfate, potassium iodide, folic acid, sodium selenite, d-biotin. Contains: Milk and soy.
