•Use on clean eyelashes without any make up.
•Brush the tonic evenly from bottom to the top of the eyelash.
•Move horizontally for upper eyelashes, and vertically for lower eyelashes.
•When using as a mascara base, wait for the serum to dry before applying mascara.
•It can be used on eyelash extension and eyelash perm.
