For Sore Muscles and Back Pain - Work in before you exercise to warm up and after exercise to relieve muscle soreness and stiffness. Repeat 3-4 times a day

Ingredients

Methyl Salicylate 30%, Menthol 8%. Also contains: Glyceryl Stearate (and) Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Isoceteth-20, Poloxamer 407, Quaternium-15 0.10% w/w, Sorbitan Stearate, Water.

Warnings

For external use only. Do not apply to wounds or damaged or very sensitive skin. Do not wrap, bandage or apply external heat or hot water. Keep this and all drugs out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, consult your physician immediately.
This product contains Methyl Salicylate and when applied ot rubbed onto the skin, can be absorbed through the skin into the blood. For patients taking warfarin, excessive appllication onto the skin for muscle or joint pains may increase the chances of bleeding.
Use only as directed. If pain persists for more than 10 days, or redness is present, consult a physician immediately. Discontinue use if excessive irritation of the skin develops. Avoid getting into the eyes or mucous membranes.
Side effects: Skin irritation, redness or swelling, burning or stinging sensation. ADverse reaction is rare, symptom of dizziness, nausea may occur
Symptoms & treatment of overdosage: Mild chronic salicylate intoxication, or salicylism, usually occurs only after repeated use of large doses. Salicylism can also occur following excessive topical application of salicylates. Symptoms include dizziness, tinnitus, deafness, sweating, nausea and vomiting, headache, and confusion, and may be controlled by reducing the dosage.
