Floss your teeth before using Oral Botanica Teeth Whitener. Use the spoon provided to scoop a pea-sized amount of Oral Botanica Teeth Whitener on a wet toothbrush. Or wet your toothbrush and dip it into to the product. Brush your teeth gently for 2–3 minutes. Rinse your mouth with water. Then clean the sink and toothbrush thoroughly.
Use twice a day for 3–5 days instead of toothpaste. For maintenance, use once a week for a pearly white smile. Use Oral Botanica Classic liquid toothpaste on other days.

Warnings
Black charcoal can stain clothing and may also stain white toothbrush bristles. It will not harm teeth or gums. To avoid staining your toothbrush, choose a brush with black bristles. Do not use with a disposable toothbrush because the natural ingredients will dissolve cheap plastic.
