B-Vitamins

Why is it important? As glucosinolates stimulate the production of isothiocyanates, and it would help us to reduce stress and boost our brain health. 
  3. Eggs: Many of you may know that it is rich in multiple nutrients, such as vitamins B6 and B12, folate, and choline. Research shows that choline is associated with brain health, it helps us to enhance memory and mental wellbeing. And, egg yolks contain the most concentrated choline comparing with egg white. Now, you may have to think twice before throwing the egg yolk away as you are actually hurting your brain health.
