How do I register?To place an order, you first have to create an account. You can register with these simple steps:

2. Fill up the mandatory details and click 'Sign Up'.
Verify your email via the email link sent to you, and that's it! You're ready to start shopping and make your first purchase!
How do I manage my account?Please login to your account. You may click on your name on the top left corner to access to 'My Account'. At 'My Account', you may update your account details (eg. Password, addresses, email address), or check on your order details.
I can't log into my account.There are several reasons why you may face problems logging into your account:
- Make sure you login using the same email and password that you have registered with.
- If you have lost or forgotten your password, click on ‘forget password' and you will be directed to a reset password page.
- If you still facing other problems logging to your account, our customer service is always there to assist you. You may contact our customer service via the 'Contact Us' form on our website, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 6339 8456 and we'll assist you as soon as we can!
Am I a Watsons member once I have created an account online?No. Creating an account online allows you to place orders on watsons.com.sg and check on your order details. Watsons membership is a lifetime membership that allows you to earn and redeem points for both online or physical stores purchases, and grant access to members-only promotion and events. To sign up as a member, please login to your account. Next, click on ‘Apply for card’. You are required to fill up your personal details and payment details. A $5 will be chargeable for the membership and the member card will be mailed to you within 10 working days. To find out more about Watsons membership and its benefits, click here.

How do I place an order?You may browse for products or our recommendations through the various categories on our website or simply do a search using keywords if you already have something in mind.
Click on the product thumbnail to find out more details.
Select the number of quantity and click 'Add to cart' if you'd like to purchase.
You may continue shopping or click on 'Check out' once you are done with your selections.
Check on your items, quantity and prices in your shopping cart, to ensure they are correct, before proceed with checkout.
You may be requested to login to your online account/Watsons member account, if you have not done so. If you do not have any account with you, you are required to create an online account with us, in order to make an order on watsons.com.sg. To find out how to create an account, click here.
Select your preferred delivery method and, fill up the delivery and billing address.
Select your preferred payment mode and proceed with payment.
Once done, you have successfully placed an order and will receive an order acknowledgement email!
Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email as well, when your order has been processed.
Your order will be delivered to your delivery address or the preferred collection store in the next 2 working days.
To track on your order, you may check them via your 'Order History' in 'My account'.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?You may change your delivery address by contacting our customer service at 6339 8456, before receiving our order confirmation email. Once you've receive an order confirmation email, your order has been processed and no further changes can be made. We'll process your order quickly once we've receive your order, as we strive to deliver and get the items to you as soon as possible. Therefore, changes to your items (eg. Change of items, colour, quantity, size and etc) will not be allowed once the order has successfully put through. You may place in a new order if you'll like to order additional items and delivery charges may imposed.
Can I cancel my order?As your order will be processed immediately, you will not be able to cancel your order once you have confirmed payment. For more assistance, you may contact our customer service via 'Contact Us' form on our website, or email us at email@example.com or call us at 6339 8456.
How can I browse or find a product?You may browse and find a product by categories and sub-categories in our website. You may also further narrow down the list of items by selecting the filters on the left navigation on each main/sub category page. If you already have a product in mind, you may simply type in the keyword in the search bar, which will direct you to a page containing the products related to your keyword. Alternatively, you may also add products into your wish list so that you can conveniently access to these products during your future visits!
How do I save products in my wish list?If you haven't quite made a decision on an item, don't fret. You may add them in your wish list and create as many wish lists as you want. You may access your wish list after you've signed in, by clicking on 'My Wish List' on the top right bar.
What if the item I wanted/ordered, is out of stock?We always try to ensure that the products in our store are always available and available stock count in our system is accurate. However, if the item you wanted is not in stock, you may click on 'Notify me when available' button (available at each product page) and we'll send you an email once the items are back in stock. If you have placed an order with an out-of-stock item, our customer service will contact you to advise you on the next stock availability or process a refund via e-voucher to you.
What are the available modes of payment?You can place an order and choose to pay using any Credit/Debit cards, American Express or Internet Banking.
Is it secure to purchase products and pay using the above payment modes with Watsons online?Yes, definitely! Watsons.com.sg is secured with Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which encrypts all your personal information so that these information remains only with us. Other than that, to enhance security, we do not store your credit card information. Upon check out, you will be re-directed to our payment gateway provider secured site and also 3D secure site for one-time pin input, in order to complete the transaction successfully.
I am having trouble making payment with my credit card.If you receive an error message related to credit/debit card failure, please double check that the 16 digit credit card number, expiry date and CVN code are inputted correctly. If you still receive an error message after validation and a second attempt, try making payment with an alternative card or internet banking. For further assistance on your card error, please contact the issued bank of your credit/debit card.
What is the difference between e-coupon and e-voucher?E-coupons are promotional codes/vouchers that allows you to offset a certain value of an item/order purchased with or without a certain purchase criteria met. These e-coupons can come in forms of percentage or dollar value discounts. E-vouchers are cash/gift vouchers issued by us (usually for refund cases) that you may use as a payment mode, to offset your purchase.
How do I check on my available e-coupons and/or e-vouchers and their details, in my account?To check on your e-coupons or e-vouchers details, including expiry dates, you may access these information via 'e-coupon and e-voucher' in 'My Account', after logged in.
How do I use my e-coupon to offset my order?Every e-coupon that you are entitled to, will be automatically stored into your account and ready for your redemption immediately, before expiry or promotion ends. As these are promotional coupons, they are non-transferrable.
To use the e-coupons, simply:
Add your items and proceed to checkout.
Login to your account if you have not done so. After which, the list of your available e-coupons will be reflected at the checkout page.
Select the e-coupon that you'd like to redeem. Only 1 e-coupon can be use at one time and please note that any excess value of the e-coupon redeemed will not be refundable.
Lastly, select your preferred payment mode to proceed with the payment of the final payment balance.
How do I use my e-Voucher to pay for an order?Every e-voucher issued to you will be automatically stored into your account and ready for your redemption immediately. As these e-vouchers are tagged to your account, they are non-transferrable.
To use the e-vouchers, simply:
Add your items and proceed to checkout.
Login to your account if you have not done so. After which, the list of available e-vouchers will be reflected under one of the payment mode at the checkout page.
Select the e-vouchers that you'd like to redeem. You may redeem multiple e-vouchers in a single transaction. However, any access value of the e-voucher redeemed will not be refundable.
If there is outstanding payment amount after redemption of e-voucher(s), please select your preferred payment mode for the payment of the remaining balance.
Can I redeem my member points for online purchases?Yes! You may redeem your points for any online purchases at watsons.com.sg. To redeem, login to your member account before making an order and upon check out, you may choose the amount you'd like to redeem, up to the maximum redemption dollar value based on your available points, which will be shown at the checkout page.
What are the available delivery options?You may choose to receive your order via home delivery, or pick up from any of our 50 selected ‘Click and Collect’ Watsons stores. However, there may be some products that can only be delivered to home and ‘Click and Collect’ option will not be available. For such products, ‘Home delivery’ icon will be indicated in the product page or you will be prompted with error message upon selecting 'Click and Collect' as delivery mode at check out.
How long is the delivery period?All orders will be processed and delivered to customers within the next 2 working days from the date that order is confirmed. For home delivery, orders will be delivered anytime between 9am to 10pm. For 'Click and Collect' (self collection), orders will be sent to the selected store and available for customers' collection within the next 2 working days from the date that order is confirmed. SMS and email will be sent to you for collection.
Is there any delivery charge?Click and Collect mode: It’s FREE! There will be no delivery charge for self collection at one of the 50 selected stores.
Home Delivery: Delivery is FREE for orders made $80 nett and above ! For orders less than $80, a delivery charge of $8 will be applied.
Can I collect my order from the Watsons stores?Yes! In fact, there will be no additional delivery charge to you if you select this delivery option. With our stores conveniently located island-wide, you may choose to collect your order from any one of the selected 50 Watsons stores.

Will I be notified upon delivery (for Home Delivery) or when my order is ready for collection (For Click and Collect)?Yes. For home delivery, our courier service will send a SMS to notify you on the delivery. For self collection at our stores, you will receive both email and SMS notifications once the order arrived at the store, ready for your collection. Reminder SMS will also be sent if you have not collected your order after 3 days.
Is there a collection period if I select 'Click and Collect' as my preferred delivery method?For orders made under 'click and collect' (self collection mode), you have to collect your order within 7 days from the day the order arrived at the store and Email/SMS notification sent to you. After 7 days, the order will be treated as 'no-show' order and be sent back to our warehouse. No refund will be made to the customers for such no-show collection cases.
How do I go about collecting my order from a Watsons store?To collect your order from your selected store,
Print a copy of your order collection email.
At the collection store, present the printed copy of your order collection email, together with your personal Identification document (NRIC/PR/S Pass etc) to our store staff, for collection.
Store staff will verify your identification and assist you with the collection accordingly.
If your schedule gets too busy and would like to authorise someone else to collect on your behalf, this can be done! To authorise a person, you are required to fill up the authorised person's details in the order collection email and he/she is expected to present the order collection email with authorisation permission and his/her personal ID for verification, in order to make the collection at the store.
Can I track my order?Yes! You may track your orders via your 'Order History' under 'My Account', after logged in. Tracking number will be provided to you once order is processed. Do you ship overseas?At the moment, Watsons.com.sg does not deliver internationally and orders are allowed for delivery within Singapore only.
What if I receive an incorrect/incomplete order?We will always check the condition of the items before packing and deliver them to you. However, if you did not received your order in the expected conditions – defective/incorrect/missing item, please contact us via 'Contact Us' form on our website, or alternatively, email us at email@example.com within 7 days upon receiving your order, and we will arrange for a refund of the item, via e-voucher, which will be emailed to you upon approval and receiving the incorrect item back to us.
Can I do an exchange for item(s)?No. All products sold online are strictly non-exchangeable. For items delivered that are defective or incorrect from the order, we will review on case-by-case basis and arrange for a refund via e-voucher upon approval.
What is the return and refund policy?We'll always try to make sure that items delivered to you are of a good condition and correct. However, the following types of items can be put up for return and refund request:
Incorrect item from the initial order
If you received any of the above items, please contact our customer service within 7 days upon receiving of your order, subjected to the following terms and conditions:
Item must be in their original purchase condition. All packaging of each item must remains unopened and not defaced in any manner.
Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack, have to be returned as a whole set.
Items that are labelled as Non-returnable and/or Non-refundable on watsons.com.sg, will not be accepted in our return and refund policy.
All return requests have to go though our customer service and the requests will be reviewed by Watsons, subjected to approval. All successful cases will be refunded with e-voucher as a credit use for future purchases.
How do I return an item?For all return requests, please contact us by submitting a return request via 'Contact Us' in our website or alternatively, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order number, item details, your contact details, and the reason for return. Once we have received your request, we will review and contact you on how you can proceed with the return of item (if applicable) and refund. All return and refund requests will not be available at any of the Watsons stores and will have to be handled at the Watsons head office.

How do I apply for a Watsons Card?You may apply for a Watsons card online, via the following steps:
Click on ‘Register’ on top left corner and fill up your details to create an online account with Watsons online.
1. Upon completion, go to ‘My Account’ by clicking on your name on top left corner. (Note: You may required to login again upon completion).
2. Click on ‘Apply / Link Member Card’ on left navigation and click on ‘Apply for card’.
3. Follow through the instructions on updating the mandatory personal details and proceed with a payment of $5.
4. Activate your card with the activation code sent to you via SMS.
5. That’s it! You’re done with the card application and you may enjoy the benefits immediately.
Alternatively, you may purchase for a Watsons Card at any Watsons’ stores island-wide and activate your card online. Please note that there will be a one-time card issuing fee of $5 for the lifetime membership.
I have recently purchased a card from the Watsons store. How do I proceed with the card activation?To activate your card, simply follow these simple steps:
1. Click on ‘Login’ on the top navigation of the page, and you will be directed to Login / Register page. Click on ‘Activate’ under Member Card Activation on the right.
2. Input your 11-digit member card number, initial password and 6-digit security code.
3. Update your personal details and proceed to receive an activation code via SMS.
4. Activate your card and that’s it! You’re done with the card activation and you may enjoy the benefits immediately.
Where can I use my Watsons Card?You may use your Watsons Card online at Watsons.com.sg or any Watsons’ stores island wide. However, for purchases at Watsons stores in Changi Airport, points earned will be credited to your account on the next working day and Points redemption will not be available.
Is a minimum amount of spending required before I am eligible to apply for a Watsons Card?No! You may simply sign up for our Watsons card anytime, through Watsons online or visit any Watsons stores island-wide.
Will I be able to enjoy all member benefits instantly after I get my Watsons Card?Yes, you may start accumulating points immediately. However, to redeem your points and/or enjoy 5X points in your birthday month, you will need to activate your Watsons card as soon as possible. You may activate your card online at Watsons.com.sg, or through our Member Hotline at 6339 8456. Please note that the 20 bonus points will be credited to your account on the next working day upon successful activation.
How do I earn points?For every $5 worth of purchase, Members earn 1 point. For every $50 and above nett spending, you will receive another 10 bonus points on top of the basic points earned.
Are points granted according to the total amount settled in each purchase or the aggregated amount of several purchases?Points earned are based on the total amount settled in each purchase. Accumulation of receipts for points issuance is not allowed. For example, if you spend $8 for a certain purchase (1 point earned), and after the transaction is settled, you spend $8 for another purchase (1 point earned), the total points accrued from the two purchases should be 2 rather than 3.
Can I earn points from my purchases made online?Yes, you can! Just like how you usually shop and earn points at our physical stores, now you can also earn points for orders made online, with every $5 spent is 1 point.
How could I use the points earned?Points can be redeemed in your next purchase at Watsons at the conversion rate of 20 points = $1. You may also keep accumulating points through several purchases and redeem goods of higher value at a later time.
Can I redeem my points for online purchases?Yes! You may redeem your points for any online purchases at watsons.com.sg. Login to your member account before making an order and upon check out, you may choose the amount you'd like to redeem, up to the maximum redemption dollar value based on your available points, which will be shown at the checkout page.
How can I utilise my points accrued in my Watsons Card?Points accrued may be redeemed to offset your next purchases at Watsons stores (except Airport stores).
What is the minimum number of points required for redemption?As points are to be redeemed in denomination of 20 points, a minimum point balance of 20 points is required.
Is there any requirement regarding the number of points to be used each time I want to redeem my points?Points have to be redeemed in denomination of 20 points, which is equivalent to $1. For example, you can only redeem 200 points to offset $10 from your purchase.
Are my points reflected on the website as soon as I make a purchase?Yes. Points are usually reflected real time, but a time lapse may be expected. It is best to check your balance after 1 working day. Bonus points such as online activation 20 points, 5X birthday points and points earned in airport stores are only reflected on the next working day.
Can I convert the points accrued into cash and withdraw it from my account?No withdrawal of cash is allowed from your account.
If my points are insufficient to offset the total value of the transaction, can I offset part of the transaction with all my points and pay the remaining amount in cash?Yes. You may use the maximum points (in multiples of 20 points) to offset part of the transaction as partial redemption and pay the remaining outstanding amount in cash.
Are goods redeemed with points returnable?When the product redeemed with points is returned, the points deducted previously will not be refunded. Therefore, we suggest the option of exchanging it with another product of the same value.
If, for certain reason, I want to return the product I bought, will the points I have earned from that purchase be deducted from my account?(1) If you choose to exchange the product for goods of the same value, no deduction of points will be made. (2) If you choose to return the product, the points credited previously will be deducted from your account and you will receive a cash refund for your returned goods. (3) In cases when you want to return a product while there are insufficient points left in your member account for deduction, you are only allowed to exchange the product with goods of the same value. (4) In cases when you want to return a product redeemed wholly or partly with points, we highly suggest that you opt for exchanging the product for goods of the same value, since the deducted points will not be refunded. For example, For example, if you return a product priced at $25, 5 points will be deducted from your account ($5 = 1 point).
How do I check my points accumulated in my account?You may login to your account online and check your points balance in your account summary, or click on ‘Member Points Statement’ if you would like to check for more details. Alternatively, you may check with the cashier at our stores or via the sales receipt you get from each purchase indicates clearly the previous balance of points, points deducted for the current purchase, points accrued from the current purchase and the balance of points for later use.
Are there any privacy protection measures for my personal information submitted online?All personal data submitted will be kept highly confidential. Watsons.com.sg is secured with Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which encrypts all your personal information so that these information remains only with us. Your contact information will be used by Watsons for communications on your order, or updates on our news and promotions. If you lose your Watsons card or need to update your personal data, you will be prompted for identity verification, based on the information you submitted.
Is there a validity period for the Watsons Card and the points accumulated?Watsons Cards offer a lifetime membership, while the points credited have their separate validity period. Points issued are valid till the end of the next calendar year. For example, points issued in July 2016 will be valid till 31 Dec 2017, unless otherwise stated.
Is there a ceiling limit for the points accumulated in my account (for example, a maximum of 1000 bonus points. Will any surplus over that be deemed invalid for use)?No. The more bonus points you accumulate, the bigger redemption capacity you have.
However, each Member is limited to using the Watsons Card 5 times each day only.
Is there a validity period for the Watsons Card? If yes, how long would that be?No, Watsons Cards offers a lifetime membership. However, Watsons is not liable for lost card. You will need to get a new Watsons Card at $5.
If I lose my Watsons Card or when it is damaged beyond normal use, how do I get a new card?If you lose your Watsons Card or when it is damaged beyond normal use, you may report the loss online. To report a lost card online, Login to your account and click on ‘Card Loss’ under ‘My Account’. Once you have submitted the card loss request, your card and points will be freeze.
You may apply for a new card by clicking ‘Apply new card’ at the card loss confirmation page and you are required to make a $5 card replacement fee. Alternatively, you may purchase a new Watsons Card at any Watsons stores. After successful purchase of a new card, you will be asked to activate your new card.
Upon activation, click on ‘Card loss’ again to do a transfer of your current points to your new card and the process is completed (you may required to re-login again using your old card details if you are not signed in).
Please note that your first and last names, birth date, mobile number and NRIC must be exactly the same for both cards in order to perform the points transfer and it is case sensitive. This is our security feature. Watsons will not replace any lost, damaged or stolen Watsons Card and if your Watsons Card is misappropriated by others with malicious intent before you file the lost report, Watsons will not be responsible for any loss of points.
If my Watsons Card is taken away by another person, will it be possible that he can read my personal information from the card?No. Except for the bar code, the Watsons Card carries no personal information of the Card Member.
If my Watsons Card is taken away by another person, will it be possible that he can redeem benefits with the points accumulated in my card?Yes. Therefore, you need to take good care of your Watsons Card and do not lend it to others for use. If you lose your Watsons Card, please report the loss online or call our Member Hotline. The affected Member account will be frozen only after the loss is reported.
If I lose my Watsons Card and the points are used by others for product redemption, can I apply for compensation?You need to take good care of your Watsons Card. The best way to minimize your loss is to report the loss online immediately. If your Watsons Card is misappropriated by others with malicious intent before you file the loss report, Watsons will not be held responsible for loss of points.
May I share my Watsons Card with others for member benefits?Sharing of the Watsons Card is not encouraged, in case of misappropriation.

To change your details, you may login to your account and click on ‘Update Details’ on the left navigation of ‘My Account’.
Is it possible to merge the points accumulated in the two Watsons Cards owned separately by myself and another party?No. The Watsons Card is designated for individual use by the respective Card Member only. No merging or transfer of points from different Watsons Cards is allowed.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?No. Watsons membership is non-transferrable.
If I offset my purchase with my points, will there be points credited to my account?Yes. However, points will be credited to your account based on the nett amount after points redemption.
